Migration reset my Quest account — no email access, lost games

 

Hey everyone,

I really need help.

My Meta Quest account got reset/lost after the account migration happened. I had around $150 worth of games purchased on that account, and now I can’t access any of them.

The problem is:

  • I no longer have access to the email that was linked to the account
    • It was also connected to an old Facebook account I can’t log into anymore
    • Because I lost access to the email, I never saw the migration emails or the coupon emails Meta sent out
    • Now I can’t recover the account through password reset or login

 

Has anyone else dealt with this migration issue and successfully recovered their account? If so, what steps worked for you?

I’d really appreciate any help , I don’t want to lose all the games I paid for.

    Unfortunately, without the recovery code, there's no way to restore your games.

     You can contact support HERE… but I doubt they'll tell you anything different.

    That's very unfortunate. However, when you missed the deadline and don't have the follow up email with the recovery code, there is no way to recover your games. Choleni has given you a contact link, but as she said, don't hold your breath as it's unlikely that Meta still has access to that information. But you can try, and fingers crossed you'll find a way.
