Missing Gift Codes for Recent Purchases - [I AM CAT] (Purchased Twice)

Dear Meta Quest Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with recent gift code purchases from the Meta Quest Store.

I have purchased the game [I AM CAT]twice as a gift, but I have not received the gift codes via email for either purchase. I have checked all my email folders, including spam/junk, for both associated email addresses, and the codes are not present.

I have received the purchase invoices/receipts for both transactions, confirming the purchases went through successfully.

Could you please investigate why these gift codes were not sent and provide me with the missing codes, or advise on how I can retrieve them from my purchase history?
