Missing gift
So last week I used meta cash to purchase Batman Arkham shadow as a gift for my child (on his headset as he was the primary user). Prior to purchasing it I had unblocked it and allowed the app to be used under parental controls. The purchase was made and I received a receipt by email with an order number. However my son never received the app or even a notification that a gift was sent, as well I don’t have access to cancel or ask for a refund for the purchase. Under Manage gift it will only allow me to view the product details and doesn’t say “sent” or “pending”. After spending hours going around in circles the meta help AI says that the device is not supported? Is there anyway to help me resolve this issue or do I need to wait 30 days for the gift to go unclaimed in order to get a refund? Any assistance is appreciated.
