[MQ 3S] Can't run the applications Games/params

Hi all,

Since nearly two weeks, it's impossible to run whatever application in my Meta Quest 3S.

Only the messages/calls are working.

I select app/games and doesn't start.

i select icons such parameters in the down bar and no one is starting. No one in task bar is unning after click on.

in research bar, if selected, the keyboard shows but then i click in buttoms but no one is writing.

Can you please help me?

    It seems an issue related to the profile.

    Adding a second profile, the new one is correctly working.

    The issue is related to my principal profile. How to fix it?
