Multiplayer

Hi there! Can someone help me with being able.to.play multiplayer game? Every game I go into thats a multiplayer it kicks me back out!? I've tried resetting, deleting and reinstalling, WiFi is all connected fine?? What I'm I missing? Thank you in advance. 😊
