I own a 5 pair quest3 device and make one account to company. I have a questions. How i can buy 5 game to each quest3 device. Do i need make a 5 different account ?

It depends.
If you use the same primary account on all 5 headsets, then you only need to buy 1 copy of the game. One catch is that only 1 headset can play that game at any given time (not multiple headsets accessing the same game simultaneously). Another catch is that each user might have to share the same savegame.
However, if you want each headset user to be able to play the same game simultaneously and also have their own independent save games, then you need 5 different user accounts, and each one must buy the game.
Tnx, i understood same. But for company its a difficult make a 5 new mail and manage all . Its not problem buy same game for all device. In future i want buy more device. Around 20 device.
Well, there's this subscription service called "Meta for Work" for corporately managed headsets, BUT I think Meta might be discontinuing this service, as it appears they are no longer accepting new subscriptions.
However, there are third-party services that also manage fleets of Meta devices, such as ManageXR and ArborXR.
