In Music Valley, the quest to watch a concert in immersive view won’t complete. I’ve watched a full concert stream from start to finish, standing in the 3-d area. I’ve tried multiple times and it isn’t working. Am I missing something?

It's not just you. I've been attempting to report this bug for months now. I see a community manager suggested submitting a bug report. Maybe they will respond to you, because I've put in multiple bug reports as they suggested. We are not the only ones, I can search back reddit posts from over a year ago with the same complaint.
You can stop trying to unlock it and save yourself the sanity. :) If you are anything like me, I tried every different way possible because I was blaming myself for it not unlocking
