My Apps from Quest 2 didn't transfer to Quest 3

Hi,

 

I upgraded my Quest 2 to the Quest 3 last week but most of my apps and games did not transfer. I used my same email from my Quest 2 for my account in Quest 3. However, I did notice my username is just one word in my Quest 2 but although I use the same username in my Quest 3, there is a space in between the name that technically makes it a two word name now.

 

I am not sure if that makes a difference but how do I get help with this? I tried going onto the Meta Horizon site help section but I cannot progress far into it at all. It won't accept my Meta Quest 3 serial number no matter how I type it and it rejects my email name despite the fact that I am logged into the site with the same email.

 

I just want all my apps and games to show up in my new Quest 3 headset.When I go to the Meta Store, it still wants to charge me for the apps and games I already bought on my Quest 3. There is no option to redownload them. I don't want to pay another $25 for Super Hot.
