My child wants to buy a game on vr, but Im not sure about something.

So, I manage my childs account, and my child wants to buy a game so he sends a request. It costs 20$, so I confirm on my computer that I want to buy it and then it redirects me to meta store, and logs me to my account. Now I dont know if I buy that game on my account, will my child get it on his meta quest? There are no other profiles on that vr, just him. So Im not sure if I buy that will, game it will show up for him.
