On meta quest, you should be able to see how many hours you have spent on a game.

It might be up to each individual game developer to set that up.. I doubt very much they will bother. It's not exactly difficult to do it yourself Meta could tell you how long you're in the headset, but you can also do that yourself. There are more important things than something you can do.
That's what the Parental Controls are there for.
Anyway, submitting ideas in the community forum is ineffective. There used to be an Ideas Board, but Meta shut it down 🤣.
