the left controller doesn't press down
What does that even mean 🤔?
Try toggling off all the Experimental Settings and also hand-tracking in your headset. Now unpair your controllers using the phone app. Remove the batteries from the controllers for 5 minutes then put them back in. Now re-pair the controllers using the phone app. After successful pairing, press and hold the power button on the headset for 20 seconds to power it off. Restart the headset and check if the controllers are fully working again. You should now be able to turn hand tracking and the Experimental Settings back on.
If that doesn't fix it, if your controller is under warranty, send it back for repair/replacement. You can contact official support here (live chat, Whatsapp, email). Otherwise, you can try to find somewhere that can fix it for you, such as Fix my Oculus if you live in USA. Otherwise, there are plenty of YouTube videos on how to disassemble and repair controllers.
