My Oculus games either won’t work or they will download slowly.

Around…July 17th or so? My oculus quest 2 started to be buggy and wouldn’t download games properly, or even be able to PLAY them properly.

as of now, this issue is still current and idk how to fix it, and I don’t wanna say that it randomly bit the dust, because it IS still functional, but it’s only a certain few games that I can really play.

And in all honesty, my answer to this could be that I’ll need to wait until next software update or so. (But that’s just my guess)

    Hey swig503!

    We know bugs like these can be a drag, but we're here to help you out. For an issue like this, we'd recommend you perform a hard reboot.
     

    1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
    2. If the boot-up sound is not heard:
      1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
      2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
      3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

    Additionally, can you let us know what happens when you try to download games? Do you get an error message?
