My son isn't allowed to play I am Cat even though I have gave permission

Every time my son tries to play "I am Cat" and a few other games it says he needs to request permission, he sends me a request and I respond to it via email and the app but nothing changes. I have looked on settings and it comes under as "allowed to play by parent" but it never lets him in. Any suggestions? Many thanks

    Hey Debz112,

Let's try and help your son having a pawsitively great time.

    • Sync the approval: Sometimes, the app list doesn't update immediately. If you approved the game but it's still blocked, try the following:
    • Find the game in your list of approved apps and "Block" it.
    • Have your child send the access request again.
    • Re-approve the request and ensure you see a confirmation that it was granted.
    • Reload your child's account: Log out of your child's account on the headset and log back in. This can force the settings to refresh.

If these steps don't get you on the right  paw-th please reach out to us privately so we can help you further.

On top of what Support has told you, after permitting the game, your child will probably need to go back into their library on their headset and click "download" on the game again (even though it is already installed on your profile). It should take a couple of seconds for the game to "install" on their profile and then it should work.
