Navigator App Stops in Quest 2

My Navigator App kept stopping. This means I can’t see the menu for all my apps, can’t change settings, nothing. Restarted and hard power off many times, still same issue. Anything else to try without factory reset?

      Yes I did. The Navigator just seems not be able to load. A big black rectangle with an error message saying “Navigator keeps stopping” or something like that. The same message pops up when restarting the headset.

        I guess, then you have to do the factory reset.🙁

        I just tried my Quest 2..... it's working without giving this error.
