Navigator App Stops in Quest 2

Question

My Navigator App kept stopping. This means I can’t see the menu for all my apps, can’t change settings, nothing. Restarted and hard power off many times, still same issue. Anything else to try without factory reset?

Have you tried if double pressing the Meta button on your controller brings up the Navigator?

Yes I did. The Navigator just seems not be able to load. A big black rectangle with an error message saying “Navigator keeps stopping” or something like that. The same message pops up when restarting the headset.

I guess, then you have to do the factory reset.🙁
I just tried my Quest 2..... it's working without giving this error.

I assume that all my purchased apps and games, and screenshot photos and videos are all in the cloud and can be loaded after the reset?
