Netime I restore a saved file secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup/ backup I get error message

I was soft locked in this game asgards wrath 2 so i cleared all cache. Then I want to restore the save file from oculus cloud backup but When I click the restore button I get 

secure.oculus.com says

GraphQL server responded with error 1675030: Error performing query.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and it won't restore. Just starts game all over again.

Did the same thing with dead hook. Got the same error. But when I uninstall and reinstall the game restored the save file by itself.

    try if using an earlier save game can help.

    https://secure.oculus.com/my/profile/

    Open the  cloud backup page and search Asgard's Wrath 2....there is a little arrow left to the games name, tap on it and select an earlier save game.

    Hopefully, this'll work..... unfortunately, you'll lose some of your game progress.

      I get the same error message with any game and any save file I try to restore. Im going to try to factory reset my quest 2 and see if this fixes the problem.
