Hyperscape Capture is still in its early access phase, and we're gradually rolling out new capabilities. Right now, the private link sharing feature isn’t available yet, even for those using the Public Test Channel (PTC). We don’t have a confirmed release date or beta sign-up for this feature just yet, but we’re actively working on it.

Your idea of surprising your son is exactly the kind of heartfelt moment we hope to support. The upcoming private link feature is being designed with personal connections like yours in mind, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s what you can do in the meantime:

• Watch for updates: Keep an eye on the Meta app on your headset. When the feature is ready, the “Coming Soon” label on the Hyperscape Capture store page will likely change.
• No beta sign-up needed: There aren’t any special programs to join for this feature, it will be included in a future software update for all users.
