I just bought a new Quest 3s 256GB today at Best Buy and while setting it up it ask me if I wanted to download
I thought it was to come with
I doubled checked to be sure it was the 256 GB and not the 128 GB????

actually, it doesn't matter if you buy 128 GB or 256 GB. The Batman promo applies to both versions.
But...... Best Buy has also an offer with "The walking Dead: Saint and Sinners". Apperently you bought this package.
Maybe you can return the Quest to Best Buy and get a box with Batman?
Or you can talk to support.....maybe there is another way, I'm not convinced it is, but you can try.🤷♀️
Choleni is totally right. However the Batman offer ended and it's unlikely you'll find a Batman box available. Some commentors I've seen here have tried but no luck. The Batman offer officially ended at the end of April 2025 but they honored every offer with the bat on the box. However on the bright side, The Walking Dead game is great!! But......you can try and good luck if you can get one. 🤞🤞
Maccyb123 the Batman offer is still valid in US and Canada.
He bought from best buy so he should get the game.......if he have the correct box.😉
It does say on the box I bought that it includes Batman. Also on their web site, Best Buy, that the 256 game comes with Batman?
