I was recently trying to purchase Bonelab and every time I do I get this. I’m buying it with quest cash but I have $50 in quest cash so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’m not able to purchase anything else. If there is anyone who knows a fix it would be very much appreciated.

The problem isn't the pin code. Other people are having the same issues, myself included. Meta support is the only way to go, but there are no current fixes, still waiting for them to finish "investigating" the reasons why it is happening... SO FRUSTRATING I've had the issue for about a month now.
What country are you people in? I'm not having any issue purchasing games, but I'm in Australia. I'm wondering if the issue is country-specific? I've been using PayPal.
