Only Low Quality Available for BLACKPINK: A VR Encore?

Is there an issue with the BLACKPINK: A VR Encore full concert video on the TV app? It seems to only play in the lowest quality (unlike many of the full concerts I've seen where you can select the quality of) and has the timecode (like ones on a broadcast recording screen) on the bottom throughout. Was so excited when I saw the concert was up for streaming, only for it to play in the worst quality...

    I have also noticed the same, the clips of the concert are in very good quality but for some reason the entire concert looks like a screen recording, I have been waiting for days to fix it, if there is someone who can help us
