Parental Controls Time Limits

When we first got our quest 3 it was predominantly for our 10-year-old.  So while I would infrequently want to play I had to set up the admin account and parental controls so he didn't have unfettered access.

Getting familiar with the setup had its challenges, but one of the most annoying things I encountered was I couldn't set the daily time limit of playtime to 0 minutes, as the lowest setting is 15 min.  To manage it effectively to be a reward, we couldn't, as he could sneak it and play 15 min on any given day.  I prefer to set the daily limit to 0, and give device time as a daily reward.  

Is this the right place to submit feature requests, or can anyone help escalate this the right persons?
