payment accepted, but no game

hey i got my vr today and tried buying a game i tried 2times it said payment accepted but i did not get the game  It’s like, you pay, you’re ready to play, and nothing shows up. Happens more often than it should, especially when you’re trying to get into some fun like blackjack or poker. 

Payment goes through, but the game never shows up. I've tried everything: restarting the headset, checking the app library, even reinstalling the Meta app. No luck so far.

One thing I noticed is that sometimes the game appears in the "Not Installed" section of the app library, even though it says "Purchased." It's like the system doesn't register the download properly.
