Payment Method

i am not able to add a payment method

    Hey there tintycoon!

     

    We hear you're having some problems adding your payment method, that's of course not ideal and we'd love to help out with that, so that you can get back to your virtual adventures with no problems!

     

    Now we have a few steps here that you can try out which might just get this problem fixed, so let's get started with them!

     

    First up, please try adding the payment method to your account via the Meta Horizon mobile app, if that doesn't work, then please give our website an attempt by clicking here and logging in.

    • If it shouldn't work via the website, then please also try a different browser.

    Should both the app and the website not work, then please give it a try over a different device, like a PC, tablet or anything else. Adding to that, you can also try with your virtual headset itself, so please also give that a go for us.

     

    If after all of that the payment method is still not added to your account, then please try with a different network connection ( another Wi-Fi network or a cellular data connection on a phone, if available).

     

    This should get your payment method added to your account, however if the problem does persist and the payment method still did not get added to your account, then please reach out to us privately either by clicking our name to get to our profile page, or by clicking here: https://metaque.st/CommunitySupport. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.
