Pc app cannot download games

Games on the pc app wont download. I've tried uninstalling the pc app (including deleting every folders related to the app) and then reinstalling the pc app to no avail.

I've also tried disabling anti virus, adding the app to the firewall, trying other networks, trying ethernet connection but nothing works.

I can start the download, and then at some point it stops and I have to start all over again. How come the pc app cannot resume downloads like every other apps out there?

We are buying games that we cannot install, how come?

    Check your download settings under:

    Settings->General->App downloads while using VR

    Also check that the bandwidth limits are sufficient and not restricting the downloads.

    Also try setting a different folder location for your library, there might be a permissions issue with the folder you are using:

    Settings->General->Library Locations.

      the bandwith limits are both set to « no limit »

      I also have already tried another folder/drive to no avail.

      i’ll try the « app downloads while using Vr » option and keep you updated !
