PTC v83 - All Apps empty - Filter selection not available

I got the PTC v83 update today. When I go into the navigator and all apps, I see no apps listed.

I can see the apps when I go to search.

I believe when I was using the previous version I had the filter selected on "apps with updates". I believe this setting has carried over and I am unable to find where I can change the filter for the all apps screen.

To resolve this I need a way to change the filter or remove the filter that was on the apps screen.

    Hi Dodgy490​ 🙂

    Do you have any apps in your library which you can force to update/downgrade like Beat Saber?

    If you can do that, maybe/hopefully it'll appear in Navigator and you have access to the filter options to change them.

      I'll have to check. I don't have beat saber.

      My expectation is that when there is an update available, they will appear in the list, but once they are update they will disappear again.

    Thanks for posting into our forum. We see you're having some issues locating your apps after a recent update, we'll be happy to try and help you out! Firstly, could you please check in any of the apps are hidden from the library view. To check this, select the Hidden filter from the drop-down at the top-right of the app library.

      I'm on the PTC v83 version so there is no filter change option in the top right. In the previous version v81 (I think) it was on the top right. It's gone now.

        Hi there i am having the same issue as you,also i was given a nrw tutorial of the new ui,this never actually then happened for me just exactly the same problem

        however i can find stuff in settings i have no choice of enviroments either

        Also in developer mode no choice for adb 

        both are passthrough

    I have the same issue. Had to disable the Navigator to see my apps again. When Navigator is active I can see none of my apps. I also have an error message "can not join" each time I boot the device.

      I have save issue with PTC enabled ,  sasys unable to join at start ,  then  library shows no apps are loaded.   Downloads list has lots if item I can launch fro udating the full list.  No fik;lters I can assign to change library apps showsn.   I can use external sources to use Quest Games optimizer and start using apps in the meantime.  bug report sen from hesdset in addition.  

      I gather there are new Home environments emnabled but not seeing that , seems to crash or not load. I seem to be stuck in passthrough for settings area & just black space in environment instead.  Maybe thats stuff is on the menu that is not starting

      Not sure how to disable navigator in case thta would help.

    Thanks,   with this adjustment I have fixed my apps list & seems ike other stuff I can look into now for home areas.
