Purchase trouble

Hi, when I go to buy a game or shiny rocks it’s says we notice something unusual and for security this request can’t be completed! Please visit help centre. It’s never done  this as I have bought games and shiny rocks few weeks ago for my son. I have tried 2 different bank cards and even bought a gift voucher loaded it on and tried with quest cash I won’t let me use that either! Could someone please help

  • I've been dealing with this for 5 days now. NOTHING IS WORKING. LIST AN IDEA TO TRY AND I HAVE ALREADY DONE IT. Meta has ignored my emails and DMs for 15 hours and the TAKE30 Sale ends TOMORROW. There is nothing I have to help you except try to directly message them from here.
