Puzzling Places app just lost all completed puzzle data.

Have used Puzzling places for a year.  Over 50 completed puzzles.  Opened tonight and have 0 completion of puzzles!  Downloaded reboot from Cloud.  Nothing.  Reloaded app.  Nothing.  Any help out there?

    I don't know what happened or why the save game is lost🤷‍♀️

    But maybe you are lucky and only the last save date is empty.

    Try if loading an earlier save date gives you at least some of your game progress back.

    Look on the page in the following link -  left from the game is a little arrow, tab on it, it will expand and shows you other save dates:

      Choleni, thank you so much!  I had done a backup on the last date but that came up with no data in my account.  I took your advice and went back two dates and everything came back on line and in my account!  I was really unhappy about the situation and was ready to dump the app.  Your advice changed my whole outlook!  Thank you!
