Puzzling Places download failure

I am using Horizion+ subscription for the PuzzlingPlaces app shared between 3 accounts (1 adult 2 13+ teen accounts). When I downloaded the app and go in to it (from my Meta account(A)) the standard puzzles already show as being available (no downloading needed), I go into the second account (B) and it shows the same puzzles available, when I go into the third (C) those same puzzles show as needing to be downloaded (they won't install even if I try to download them). I have tried restarting the headset and uninstall/reinstall the app and for both those actions A always has access to the puzzles but the determination of which one has access between B and C is whichever one I log onto first after the restart or uninstall/reinstall.

I don't have any other issues with other apps just this one.  The app developer said that they don't have control over this issues because the puzzles are hosted on Meta's server and downloaded by the OS.  Is there anyone who has solved this issue?

It's a really good app, isn't it? So great if you want to just chill out and play without time constraints and the puzzles themselves are really beautiful. As for the problem there does seem to be an issue with sharing to more than one account. I don't mean it's not allowed, but some technical issue might be affecting it. Did the app developer say to you specifically that it can be shared with 3 or more users? If they said yes, it's a Horizon +issue.. I use H+ as an individual user only so is it possible there are usage restrictions on H+ apps that are not on normal paid apps? Maybe you should ask Meta Store support. There's a link right at the bottom of this page. Good luck and I hope you get it fixed. 🀞🀞☘️

It's actually one of the more difficult puzzles in the game - figuring out how to share with more than one other user 😁.

After log in with the first account......

....... what happens if you now turn off app sharing, restart the headset, turn on app sharing again and then log in with that account which had no access before.

Does he have access  now? Or even all three accounts?

Unfortunately that didn't change anything the first of the 13+ teen accounts I log into after a restart have access to the puzzles the other doesn't unless I restart the headset again.

That's a pity. There seems to be some restriction on the number of users.
