    Hey guys! I wanted to let you know that I've been talking with our engineers for a while about this issue. They recommend that you reach out to support so you can see what replacement options might be available for you. I know this is not the ideal solution you were hoping for, but this may be able to help with re-aligning the controllers for your Quest 3's. If you follow this link, then follow the steps that best describe this issue, and you'll be able to send an email, chat, or WhatsApp message to support.

Hey guys! I saw that you're having trouble with your controllers not aligning properly in games, but they are okay when you're in the menu. I want to get our engineering teams involved so we can look into this further. Before I do, though, can you share with me some information? Can you let me know if your headsets are under the v59 update or if you're part of the PTC program for v60? Can you also let me know if you've tried resetting the controllers by removing the batteries for about 10 minutes? Let me know whenever you can!

Hi.

Whenever I play a shooter on the quest 3 the controller angle seems to be off when pointing the gun straight forward as you would hold/point a gun in reality. It is not up or down but to the side (I am a lefty and in a regular gun holding position the virtual gun points to the left instead of straight).

Any recommendations how to solve this?

    I'm right-handed, and I feel like I'm holding the gun to the right, and I feel like the controller is pointing differently than before.

    Hey there CaptainDurchi, being able to aim straight is important while in-game, especially when it comes to shooters. Are you seeing this weird angle in all games? What about multi handed weapons? Most games should have the option to adjust your holding angles to your liking, however that is entirely up to the developer of each app. Likewise, if you could give a test the holding angles pretending to be a right handed users that could help verify if there is an issues with accessibility for Lefties.

      Have you tried recalibrating your controllers? You can do so by following the steps provided here. Also, let's try uninstalling the app's you are having trouble with and reinstalling.     I have the same issue when using my right hand/controller, the gun points now to the right side. instead of straight. tested in multiple games. And the games I tried do not allow to change horizontal gun angle, only vertical, but this is not the issue.

    It is just a small deviation by circa 10 degrees, but the "old" quest models didnt have that issue.

    On reddit there is an entire thread with other users having the same issue, so I do not assume it is a hardware issue on my device.
