Similar issues. We had to factory reset our Oculus Quest headset. Lost everything. Starting over from scratch. I guess we learned the hard way not to spend ANY MORE MONEY on apps and games and to stick only to the free stuff, as you could lose it all at any time. And to not get too personally invested in anything related to one account. If this happens again we will know not to waste our time but to just start over. There is no recourse. Will be eagerly awaiting a VR gaming competitor that solves for this problem.
