Redeem code
I didn’t receive the email with the redeem code for the free Batman game with my Meta 3. Any suggestions as it seems unlikely I can connect with a human.

Did you order it after April 30th, 2025? If you did, it only came with headsets bought before April 30th.

You don't get a "redeem code". You get it while you are setting up your Quest. During the setup it offers it to you if you are eligible for it. It's at the step when you are setting up the store and payment method.
