Refund

I bought hard bullet, but didnt want it anymore so I tried to refund it, but it said I cant even tho i played it for an hour, less than 2 weeks, and havent refunded 5 games in the past 30 days, also i cant seem to find the text to meta agent in the website, PLS HELP!!!!
