I’m not sure how many refunds you can have or if there is because I downloaded a Trombone game and haven’t played for even an hour and I just bought it, but can’t refund. I’ve refunded about 4-5 games this week so I’m not sure if there is a limit or it’s bugged?

Maybe it's a bug...
...... but most likely, refunding 4-5 games in a week - which is a lot, I think😉 - will trigger some kind of abuse filter and the automatic refund will be denied.
You should contact support. They may be able to help if the automatic refund isn't working.
