I bought a game last minute w quest cash bc it was abt to expire and the game was bad ad when I want to refund it, it says I won’t get any quest cash back the game was $14.99

Did the your quest cash expire before you went for the refund ? If that happened, you seem to have got your timing wrong. Try not to wait until the last minute to spend your cash as this can happen if the time just runs out. But maybe because you spent it before the time expired that you should still have i. Not sure what happens then. Definitely contact support. Good luck
