Meta Quest cash is only for games credit and as it was never in your bank account in the first place you should spend it from there. If you're worried about someone buying a game without permission, make sure your account and password is secure. If they can use your store credit, they have access to your credit card details too. If your account is secure you have nothing to worry about. You still have to approve a Meta cash purchase in the same way as your credit card.
