I bought a gift card through Amazon and successfully deposited it into my account.
But every time I try to use my Quest Cash balance, the same ridiculous error pops up.
I've been in contact with them via support and email for almost a month, the issue is not resolved and they haven't responded to me for a few days now.
Also, as I said in another thread, I asked a friend of mine in the UK and another in the UAE to try with a new account, but they both get the same error.
I've already created a new account and was able to make 2 successful purchases or my credit card, but then the same ridiculous error popped up again and I've never been able to make a purchase with this account again.
I think Meta should think about this...
