Request not completed

Unfortunately, 24 hours later, I’m still having the same issue. I am unable to make purchases on the oculus VR headset within the store. It doesn’t matter if I have made a cash on it or try to use PayPal or three different debit cards. It will not let me make purchases all because I made six purchases in a row for $1.99 on beat saber over a month ago.!!!! I am so displeased they tell me they’ll fix the problem but it doesn’t happen so what am I doing wrong and now I can’t get back to a live chat!!
