REQUEST NOT COMPLETED
I have been trying for a week to purchase a game - I have tried using my Meta money and also a credit card.
Every single time I get the error “ request not completed - we have noticed something unusual….”
Meta customer support has been beyond useless - they spend days trying to figure out the problem, leaving you hanging in the dark - and then I receive an email saying the problem is resolved - guess what happened next time I tried to make a purchase??
Now they tell me they’re going to have to put me aside again so they can have someone look at it.
It’s absolutely insane that a company of this size has such garbage customer service
