REQUEST NOT COMPLETED

I have been trying for a week to purchase a game - I have tried using my Meta money and also a credit card.     

Every single time I get the error “ request not completed - we have noticed something unusual….”

Meta customer support has been beyond useless - they spend days trying to figure out the problem, leaving you hanging in the dark - and then I receive an email saying the problem is resolved - guess what happened next time I tried to make a purchase??

Now they tell me they’re going to have to put me aside again so they can have someone look at it.    

It’s absolutely insane that a company of this size has such garbage customer service

    I'm having great problems with my card won't register meta been trying for nearly 3 weeks no solution

      It’s not just a credit card for me - I can’t make any purchases whatsoever and I recently loaded in a pile of gift cards - 

      I'm disgusted with the customer service - what kind of business lets you pre-pay for products and not purchase them?!   And then you have to wait a week for a response that didn’t work.   

      ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC META
