Resident evil 4remake and vilage

Hello Meta Team,

I would love to see Resident Evil 4 Remake VR and Resident Evil Village VR released on Meta Quest.

These titles have huge popularity and strong demand in the VR community. I truly believe they would become top sellers on the platform and generate even more revenue than the classic version of Resident Evil 4 VR.

Personally, I had started to feel bored with gaming, but playing Resident Evil brought back my passion and excitement again.

Bringing these games to VR would attract many new players and significantly boost engagement and sales.

Please consider making this happen. Thank you!

    Good luck. Maybe they'll make it after they make the sequel to Batman: Arkham Shadow 🤪.

    Additionally, these games don’t have to be a full 1:1 version to work on Quest. Developers can make smart adjustments to fit the hardware while keeping the core experience intact.

     

    For example, they can lower texture resolution, simplify lighting and shadows, reduce environmental detail, and adjust resolution or frame rate. They can also redesign certain areas or encounters to be less demanding while still feeling immersive.

     

    We’ve already seen this approach succeed with games like Resident Evil 4 VR, The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, and The Climb 2, where the experience was adapted for Quest without losing what makes the games great.

     

    This shows that with the right optimization and effort, bringing Resident Evil 4 Remake and Resident Evil Village to Quest is achievable.

    Meta will not be making anything unfortunately. Any new games will be by 3rd party developers hosting their games on the Meta Store. Best idea would be to ask Capcom, the people who own the franchise. Asking Meta is like asking Burger King to make a Big Mac! Joking aside MTH_21 it would be really great to play.
