Restricted account

Hi,

 

I have had my account restricted and can't purchase or even subscribe to horizon+.

 

I bought 6 games in one go for my son's birthday on the 19th march and since then I've had restricted access due to unusual activity.

 

I've had over 20+ emails back and forth with meta about this and all they keep saying is they're dealing with it. They can't give me a timeframe, the real reason it's blocked or any information other than I have to wait. 

 

I've tried to escalate it but they say it is and then still give me no further info.

 

I've had 3 emails saying it's fixed and to wait 24 hours then buy something. I wait over that amount and it's still restricted. I go back to them to inform them it's still blocked and they say they can see that and to leave it with them. 

 

I'm lost, my kids really upset not his subscriptions lapsed and won't accept payment as he's lost a lot of his favourite games.

 

What do I do?
