Roblox freezes a minutes after staring the app.

What happens, sometimes for some reason, is:

I start Roblox, I go inside a game (let’s say, Vr Hands), and I can play for around a minute or less, then whatever input I was doing (moving forward) it doesn’t stop, also the head rotation seems to be locked, but I can look around ( I see all black and a screen with the game( the game is still running and player said that they could see me)).
What I’ve  stated doing is simply closing Roblox and reopening it, UNTIL the issue stops.

But today, something different happened, my oculus shut off (or at least the screen).

    Hi there,

We understand how important it is for you to have the best possible experience in VR and know how black screen issues can negatively impact this. Please attempt the following troubleshooting steps in order to resolve the issue you are facing:

    1. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
    2. Hard Reboot the headset
      • Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
      • If the boot-up sound is not heard:
        1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
        2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
        3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Should the issue persist after you have followed all of the above mentioned steps, then please advise of which headset you are currently using and drop us a private message.
