Hi all,
We recently bought TWD Saints and Sinners for our Quest 2 from the Oculus Store and have been looking forward to playing it, however we continue to be stuck on this screen. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, pressed every button on the controllers including the ones outlined in the instructions with no joy. We don't know what else to try. Any ideas?
Did you press and hold the button that's built-in to the right joystick, as shown in the picture?
Yes that is something that we have tried with no luck.
Did you ever figure this out? I've owned the game since it came out and had no issues before. I'm now getting this issue and can't figure it out.

I have the Q3 3 years later and had the same issue. Try clicking in both joysticks, if not the solution is posted below - essentially controller profiles can be changed, I did it and it worked.

Note that they say here that the game asks you to hold another odd button later in the game which they could not figure out. You can apply custom bindings others have shared or make your own - I've just started now I'm finally passed this menu, so hopefully the controller bindings will get me around that too!
