Share apps from admin account to guest on Xbox Edition 3S

Basically as the title says.  I just got the Xbox 3S.  I created an admin account for me and made a profile for one of my kids.  I know from reading I should be able to share my apps as an admin so she can play them on my 3S on her account. 

But everywhere I look, I do not see this future.  Please help
