Support is no use.
Hello y'all, I might be completely screwed. I got a headset for Christmas that was intended to come with the gorilla tag offer, but it didn't ever give me the notification to redeem it. along with this, I was given a 6 month trial of horizon+, which when I tried to cancel it, it wouldn't let me. in an attempt to fix it, I accidentally bought a non-trial month, which decreased my subscription time and took money from my quest cash balance.
I attempted to reach out to support for both these issues, but when entering the SN for my headset it just says "support unavailable"
I am completely unsure what to do from here, just hoping that someone from meta will see this and fix the issues with my account, since unfortunately the resources they give me don't work. as it stands, I don't have access to my content, and I'm also down 9$/6 months of horizon+. apparently the billion dollar corporation can't make their support website function...
