I think, you'll receive an email about the suspension?
There should be a link which you can use for a review request.

If your account has been suspended, you would've received an email informing you of this. In the email, there should've been a link that you can use to submit a review request.
Please be mindful that missing the appeals deadline may result in your account being permanently disabled.
