Technical Issue with UbiSim Application on Oculus Quest 3S — Persistent Black Screen After Scenario
Dear Meta Support Team,
I am writing to report a technical issue encountered while using the Oculus Quest 3S with the UbiSim application, which is widely used for nursing and medical simulation training.
During the first use of the application, everything functions normally — I can log in, enter the virtual environment, and run the scenario without any problems. However, once the scenario ends and I return to the main environment, the headset displays only a black screen.
I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps:
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the UbiSim application multiple times
• Performed a factory reset of the headset
• Tested on multiple devices (Oculus Quest 3, Quest 2, and Quest 3S)
Unfortunately, the issue persists across all devices.
I have also contacted the UbiSim support team, and they have confirmed that their application is working properly in other regions worldwide and that no similar issue has been reported. They suggested that this problem may be related to the Meta device software or firmware, and recommended that I reach out to you directly for assistance.
Could you please investigate whether there might be a firmware compatibility, regional restriction, or software-level issue affecting the UbiSim application on the Quest 3S?
