Terrible service

I don't know where else I can write my dissatisfaction with Facebook or Meta.

I've been trying to find a solution for months, and they're not helping me. The developers are terrible and useless.

I need help. A few months ago, my Instagram account was disabled for no reason. They didn't validate my appeal, and my account is still blocked. This means I can't log into my Facebook account. I need to log in. I need help! Developers, please fix this. No matter how hard I search your options, I don't see anything that can help me.
