Hello,
my *brand new* quest 3 arrived yesterday. I installed Arizona Sunshine 2 on it and started playing.
The game often crashes with the error message "there is not enough memory to run arizona sunshine 2".
This happens at every 2 or 3 checkpoints. And right now it happened in the middle of a zombie fight.
same issue with me, most of the time its when the graphics are intense.

Hi Everyone, I have only recently been getting the Low memory crash on my Arizona Sunshine 2 game since the last quest 3 software update, I have played AS2 and completed it twice with no issues since day release so I am thinking this is an quest issue or a software compatibility issue with the game and the update. Maybe you should liaise with the developers of AS 2 and sort this out?
I have no other issues with my Quest 3 at all and it is only on Arizona Sunshine 2.
So I do not think the old excuse of uninstall the game and if that fails reboot the quest 3 is the answer.
Can you find the fix and release it so we can all go back to playing the best zombie killing game out there please?

If this does not help, we would want you to make sure your cloud backup is enabled and try a factory reset. Please let us know how this goes so we can proceed accordingly.
I've done all the recommended steps including factory reset and still have the issue where it crashes with lack of memory on a Quest 3.

Same issue for me since I bought Arizona Sunshine 2 a few month's ago. I can play for about 10-20 minutes and it crashes with the out of memory error and I have been using a Quest 3 since last year. No issues with any other game.
Yes I am having the same problem on quest 3 128gb storage. It's only seems to happen after I die and it crashes reloading with the message not enough memory to run arizona sunshine 2. This does happen frequently but I am still able to ay the game. I have reported the issue to the game developer

Do you experience this error with any other games or devices? We typically recommend a restart of the headset to help make sure memory is clear and ready for use. Sometimes, a reinstall of the app in question helps. And while not always the case, if an app has a memory leak, that can cause all sorts of crashing and app issues. Hence we ask if other apps have the same problem.
Headset version V69 is also being rolled out, so be sure to try updating your headset as well.
Everything else runs fine it's only this app. I link to my pc wirelessly for other apps and that also runs fine. This seems to be an app issue rather than a headset issue
Arizona Sunshin 2 is a mess when I use slide motion. How do I fix this? It seems pretty obvious that this is not the
way any game is supposed to work. My headset says I am up to date (no software updates). How do I update to V69?
I am having the same issues and have tried all you recommended steps, it does not help. I did not have this issues in April (last time I played Arizona Sunshine ") my friend I played with got same error message. I have 329GB memory.
