- Please confirm that the app is being downloaded from a Meta platform.
- Was the app successfully downloaded and installed on the headset.
- Are you able to launch other applications?
- Does the problem occur with more than one app?
- When did this start?
- Were any changes made?
- Is the Home Environment having any issues?

- When did this start? From the beginning, on day 1 after unboxing my quest 3 and installing AS2.
- Were any changes made? 👎 No
- Is the Home Environment having any issues? 👎 No
