I have recently had my Quest 3. I purchased a couple of apps through the headset. I have just created a desktop Meta Quest account. All with the same meta account. I am not able to see my Headset purchases on the Desktop app.
is there any way I can see my apps on the desktop too?

you can't see your Quest purchases in the link app because it's not the same library.
There are two libraries - Quest standalone and the pcvr library.
You can't play Quest games (made for Android) with pc.
But you can play pcvr games(made for windows) if you link your Quest to pc.
You must buy games from the desktop app if you want play pcvr.
Some games are cross buy, that means if you buy the Quest version you'll get the pc version for free and vice versa.
Look in desktop app store for your games you've already purchased for the Quest. If it's cross buy you'll see the get/download button instead of the purchase button.
