Trying to download game, but it got sort of stuck

My supervised teen’s account is trying to download a game, but it isn’t showing up when I try to approve the request. Can’t request it again l, as the Get button is greyed out. I want to approve the request, but it won’t show up when I go to the Family Center and try to approve it.

The app is Multiverse, and the device is a Meta Quest 2.

If anyone knows how to fix this issue and/or re-request the game, thanks.

    We came across your post and noticed you are experiencing some issues when trying to approve app download requests for your supervised teenager's account. We would love to help you with this, as we wouldn't want anyone to miss out on experiencing the virtual world in a variety of apps. 

     

    You can allow or reject apps for your teen's account a few different ways! Our Public Article - Approve or block app download requests for a child's Meta account, explains how to allow and reject apps through the Web browser, Mobile browser, and the Meta Horizon app. 

     

    If you are experiencing issues trying to approve/reject on the Meta Horizon app, please ensure your app is on the latest version available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
